PeopleMatter Expands with New Sales and Customer Operations Center

PeopleMatter Headquarters announced its expansion along historic King Street in Charleston’s downtown this week. Opening across the street from its existing 483 King Street location is a new Sales and Customer Operations Center at 466 King Street. The new office is the nucleus for PeopleMatter’s sales, implementation and customer service teams. PeopleMatter is the largest provider of workforce talent management built specifically for the service industry and this latest aspect of its continued growth will bring fifty new jobs over the next eighteen months.

Built on its six core values—integrity, teamwork, innovation, excellence and service—PeopleMatter is a “technology company on a mission to change the way the hourly workforce works.” With a team of roughly 150, it’s based in Charleston with offices in Atlanta and San Francisco. The new space encompasses 10,000 square feet of state of the art facilities designed specifically to meet the unique working environment needs of team members who are continuously selling to and supporting PeopleMatter’s growing customer base. The expansion nearly doubles PeopleMatter’s office space on King Street, in historic Charleston, SC.

PeopleMatter opened its 17,000-square-foot headquarters at 466 King Street in early 2013. Relocating team members to the Sales and Customer Operations Center allows for continued growth at the main headquarters, including product development, engineering, marketing and finance teams.
