So who is Gavin McCulley? He is an active Angel Investor, Startup Mentor, and Entrepreneur. His passion for Technology and the Entrepreneur community, coupled with his focus on disciplined execution and operational excellence are his driving force.

McCulley is the founding chapter President of Keiretsu Forum – Charleston, a nationally syndicated group of over 1100 angel investors. In addition to serving as the first president, he is the Managing Partner of the Charleston based Early Stage Investment Partnership, Twin Rivers Holdings, whose investments range from digital media, tech start-ups, health care, real estate development, film studios, restaurant chains, educational products, and both commercial and defense manufacturing.

McCulley serves as a mentor at the Tminus6 and Harbor Accelerators as well as The Citadel, University of South Carolina, and The College of Charleston. He is also the Co-Founder and Chairman of the South Carolina Film Council, a group that represents South Carolina’s Film Industry and its Professionals in local and state politics. He currently serves on the Board of Advisors for the USC Moore School of Business’s Faber Entrepreneurship Center, the Board of Directors of the East Cooper Community Outreach, as well as several Boards of Directors for private companies.
