Good Done Great Acquires AmeriGives


Good Done Great — a Charleston-based provider of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) software and services — has acquired AmeriGives – the longest tenured corporate philanthropy service provider in the industry.

The acquisition positions Good Done Great as a leading provider of technology enabled CSR services and one of the largest to serve international companies. Together, the companies have 65 clients with more than 1.5M employees, providing donations of time and money to more than 65,000 nonprofits across North America and around the globe.

This year, Good Done Great will disburse more than $30M dollars to nonprofits in the USA alone. Next year, it plans to help drive CSR efforts in more than 90 countries.

The move to acquire AmeriGives rounds out a pivotal year for Good Done Great, who released a cutting edge CSR technology suite that offers the industry’s only fully integrated solution for workplace giving, corporate matching and grant making, and employee volunteer programs.

The company also increased their talent base – adding 20 new employees, and expanded their professional services offering to include domestic and international disbursements of corporate and employee donations to charities, program management support and expanded training programs.

In the acquisition, the company brings on board 32 clients and a staff of 15 to Good Done Great.
