CodeLynx LLC, a Charleston-based Software Development and Electronic Security integrator, has launched a new version of Zeva — a software program that allows users to conduct risk assessments and evaluations of any scope or scale.
The new Zeva includes a re-designed homepage that makes it easier for organizations to immediately calculate their return on investment, identify ways to show compliance with government and industry standards, and apply a quality management approach to programs that have traditionally used informal methodologies.
Improvements also include expanded dashboard capabilities and new features of reporting and communications tools. This not only allows users to quickly and efficiently carry out assessments across a range of industries, but also more easily navigate the wide range of features available within the application.

Zeva was first debuted in the fall of 2014, and after a successful first year, is now available in both the Single-User and Corporate versions, with the Enterprise version scheduled to be launched later in 2016.
What makes Zeva unique is its ability to create an unlimited number of preloaded or custom assessments, and provide users real-time data dashboards that can display outcomes at a broad level or drill down to the highest degree of detail possible. The ability to attach supporting documentation, images and video to assessment criterion, as well as share comments across a team are just a few additional features that provide the documentation and collaboration strength that Zeva offers.
Zeva’s ability to help organizations mitigate risk through improved reporting, documenting, and detailed assessment criteria has proven to help its users save money, time, and avoid injury to reputation. Assessments in Zeva help organizations to determine their status of compliance, and if issues are detected, allow organizations to plan for remediation efforts and work towards compliance. Managing risk also means providing accurate, real-time data to help organizational leadership make critical, timely decisions.
