The new telematics solution integrates Zubie’s Autodealer Telematics Platform with Castrol innoVentures’ dealer-specific workflow application, a powerful combination that increases service retention and customer loyalty for dealers and delivers valuable safety and maintenance information to customers.
Zubie’s easy-to-install, aftermarket cellular OBDII device, cloud and mobile solution provides rich data for both car owners and dealerships. Car owners can receive real-time actionable information about their vehicles and drivers, reducing the worry and costs of car ownership and maintenance. Zubie’s robust mobile app gives instant access to reports, real-time car health alerts, preventive maintenance reminders, customizable one-click app service appointment scheduling, and more.
By integrating with Castrol innoVentures’ dealer-specific workflow application, Zubie augments the data sent to customers by simultaneously providing customer-permissioned, specific, actionable service-oriented information about their vehicles to the dealership’s service advisors.
Zubie’s offers an always-on cellular connection that enables constant remote monitoring of customers’ service needs – miles driven, operating conditions, and more – without reliance on Bluetooth and phone pairing. Dealers receive alerts for check engine lights, low voltage/battery issues, specific mileage, and odometer-driven service and maintenance needs. Also, Zubie’s unique Wear & Tear analytics algorithms help predict when issues may occur, based on the vehicle and its actual operating parameters.
